🔮 Booking Policy All psychic services (including readings, spell work, and energetic sessions) must be paid in full at the time of booking. Appointments are confirmed only after payment is received. Please ensure you select the correct service and time before completing your booking, as preparation begins once your appointment is confirmed. 🔄 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable. No-shows are considered a completed session and are not eligible for a refund or reschedule. If an emergency arises, please contact me as soon as possible. Emergency considerations are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. ⏳ Late Policy If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session may be shortened or forfeited without refund, depending on availability. If I am unable to proceed due to lateness, the session will be considered completed. 📼 Recorded / Digital Readings All video, audio, or written readings are considered final and non-refundable once delivered, as they are time-intensive and energetically prepared specifically for you. 📝 Waitlist Policy If a service is fully booked, you may join the waitlist. If a spot opens, you will be notified automatically. Availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
